An Introduction to Ketosis

Welcome, Friends!! I'm Ashley, a mama of two and a woman who is nearing the big 40!! I've been on a wellness journey for many years researching the benefits of essential oils and ditching toxins from my home. In September, I was introduced to the Keto Diet from my friend Natalie and having nothing to lose, but hopefully a few pounds, I gave it a shot without much thought. With a little research, I began understanding how to get my body into Ketosis. My body started shedding pounds, my energy boosted, my mind became clearer and my workouts begun to get more consistent. I became stronger, leaner and eating all the fat!!


What has helped me tremendously is the accountability. I have had a few friends along on my journey who have helped motivate me with check-ins, recipes, tips, research and their experiences. I'm enjoying the benefits of Ketosis so much, I wanted to start documenting it and helping more women hit Ketosis as an accountability partner.
